What we did
Three different Market Research and CX tech firms, across Norway and East and West Coast USA, Confirmit, Focus Vision and Dapresy wanted to merge into one new stand out compelling business.
Working with a newly forming management team, we first created a new name, Forsta (aptly meaning to ‘understand’ in Norwegian). We then identified that despite all the tech fetishisation of the industry, that behind every data point there was still a person, a real human being.
So we positioned the new brand around the idea of ‘Human Experience’ which at the time, carved out a clear and refreshing category space and also served to motivate and engage Forsta’s internal teams.
To bring the new positioning and name to life, we developed a striking and distinctive new ‘hot pink’ identity for Forsta. In an industry filled with boring blues and grave blacks this fabulous new flush gave real punch and stand out to the new brand.
