What we did
The iconic 75 year old semi-state company underwent a radical change in 2021, as it transitioned out of peat harvesting and focused its energy on climate solutions.
We helped Bord na Móna team imagine a future where it was Ireland’s leading climate solutions company. The majority of its activities already focussed on renewable energy, waste management, carbon sequestration, recycling, and biodiversity conservation. The cessation of peat harvesting dramatically accelerated the shift. A new purpose — To help Ireland reach net zero by 2050 — was the culmination of this transition.
To communicate Bord na Móna's new ambition and reflect the company they are today, we completed a comprehensive identity redesign, including a dramatically lighter and fresher new website.
